Policies
Please allow up to 48 hours for any inquiries, questions or concerns to be responded to. When contacting us please list your name in the subject line or if you currently have an open order with us please put your order number in the subject line.
All contact regarding drafts and final drafts will be sent VIA EMAIL. Under no circumstances will projects be sent via social media. We will NOT answer any questions about pre-existing orders through any other platform besides email and text.
Payments • Refunds • Cancel
All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered Imani Graphics does NOT provide refunds. There are NO Refunds once the first draft concepts are sent! If you [client] decide to cancel at your discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at the designer's discretion.
By purchasing this item you [client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.
If you would like to cancel a project for any reason, please contact us via email as soon as you can. It should also be noted that you will not be given a refund if you decide to terminate your project; if you would like to re-book, full payment must be submitted again.
All payments are due before any project is started We do not accept deposits or cash app payments or any other payments outside of our website unless discussed otherwise
Turn Around Time
Single services are 7 - 10 business days
Instagram & Website revamp are 10-14 business days
If you book multiple services at once turn around will be discussed. Please remember turn around time does not begin until all required info is received.
Revisions
Revisions are to be made while the design process is ongoing, it’s important that all our clients are satisfied with the service that they've paid for. Each service comes with 3 complimentary revisions, if for any reason you surpass your 3rd revision, this will be an additional $25 fee that will be sent via invoice to your email.
Please be in mind that you must be specific about the revisions you'd wish to have. 3 revisions mean, EX: Hello, I would like the font changed, the color changed & switch the wording. This is considered 3 revisions if needing more you will pay a $25 fee for an additional set of 3 revisions.
Client Communication
For us to get projects out by the projected date, we need our clients to effectively communicate when drafts are emailed & sent out.
Please understand that once your drafts are sent it's important you respond within 48 hours. Not responding will potentially push back the project depending on the service.
If you choose to not respond within 5 days of your drafts being sent there will be a $40 restart fee.
NO EXCEPTIONS! If you choose to not respond to drafts within 14 business days your order will be canceled.
Once the final draft is sent your project will be closed out after 48hrs. This means we will not revisit your project for ANY reason.
Please send the appropriate wording you wish to have on your project. If you would like your information to be proofread & grammar checked be sure to add that on at the time of purchasing your services.
Phone Consultation
Phone consultations will be scheduled at a time depending on both parties.
If you have scheduled a phone consultation there will be a 20 min grace period time. If there is no response after the 20 min grace period time you will receive an email or text about rescheduling. If for any reason you miss your rescheduled date you will have to purchase a new phone consultation.
Social Media Promotion
All projects will be turned over to the client at the end of the design process. All projects will be posted for social media promotion ONLY.
File Policy
Once finalized project is sent to you, PLEASE save your files. Once your project is closed out your files & any information shared to complete your project will be discarded.
We do not offer editable templates.
Service Policy
The services you have purchased must be used at the time of purchase. You will not be allowed to spread out services over some time unless discussed otherwise.
If for any reason you chose to dispute any service that you’ve paid for you’ll be BANNED from booking any service permanently. If you are not satisfied with your service please communicate that rather than disputing charges.
Termination
At any point in time, Imani Graphics can terminate your project for poor communication, foul language, and/or unprofessionalism.
In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, death, illness, etc. The project will be terminated or delayed in the event of a possible partial refund at the owner's discretion
